图文教程一、如何在POS查询会员积分详情1.您需要在POS首页点击【Members】进入会员查询页面
2.输入会员手机号搜索会员，下方会自动出现会员身份卡片，点击卡片即可查看会员详情
3.您可在Basic information页面查询会员的名字、等级，也可为会员添加内部注释
4.可以在【Profile】页面查看会员详细信息，如剩余、使用积分详情、邮箱、注册时间等，还可以点击【Adjust】手动为顾客调整积分，需要写明操作原因。
下方点击【Cancel】和【Continue】都会返回菜单页
5.您可以在【Points History】查看会员积分每次变动的历史记录，可以查看变动时间、变动类型、变动的具体原因、变动的数值
二、在后台查看会员积分详情1.在店铺端查询①您需要在店铺端点击【Members】进入会员列表页
②会员列表信息页：您可以根据手机号、会员名、所在组三种方式查询会员，下方列表为所有会员信息，点击【手机号】即可进入会员详情页面查看具体信息
③会员详情页：查看会员基础信息、偏好分析、历史订单、积分变动历史
2.在集团端查询①您需要在集团端选择【Member】点击【Member Center】，再点击【Member List】进入会员列表页
②可根据四个条件查找会员。列表为会员简略信息，点击【手机号】查看会员详细信息
可点击后方【红色按钮】将该会员状态设为不活跃，该账户将无法使用
③在会员详情页点击【Point History】查看积分相关信息
三、在APP查询会员积分详情顾客需要点击【REWARDS & DEALS】打开页面，点击【VIEW REWARDS 】，然后点击【My Points】即可进行查看
